I still have issues with workstations stopping to show as on line in the Unattended device list. Is there an easy way to get them to check back in and reconnect?

They should do that automatically as long as they can connect to our servers, but if for some reason they've have stopped trying to reconnect, stopping and starting the GoToAssist Service should do it. Have you been able to get anyone in front of any of these computers who could tell us what state they are in?
If that were the case I would not have to open this thread.
